Shipping on IceSkimmer.com is automatically calculated through the United States Postal Service
Programming services in real time. Customers can choose from Parcel Post (2-9 Days), Priority Mail (2-3 Days),
and Express Mail (overnight) when they checkout. Shipping rates should be fairly close to what the shipping
charges will actually be.
We are located in Hemlock, NY which is 30 miles South of Rochester, NY. Customers may want to be aware of this
if you are close to our location as Parcel Post should not take any longer than Priority Mail.
All orders leave the warehouse within 24 hours of being submitted. We get orders to the Post Office as fast as
we can. If you order before 4:00 P.M. Monday - Friday then chances are high that your order will leave here by
the end of that day. Orders placed on Friday night or before 11:00 A.M. on Saturday have a good chance of being
mailed that day as well. Orders placed on Saturday afternoon or on Sunday will go out first thing Monday morning.
